What kinds of renovations and repairs would you like to make to your home?

If you spend at least $15,000 on repairs of this kind to your house, you can actually save 25% of the cost!  The savings is given to you as a credit on your state income taxes, spread over  five years.

This offer is available to owners of historic homes (nearly everyone in Cottontown).  To qualify, you must fill out an application and receive approval before you begin the work. The work must be completed in a period of 36 months.
